The 1st time I used Are living Chat, I was at place #two during the queue and it took 18 minutes right up until a Stay agent responded. The next time, I was at place #two yet again, but this time it only took 8 minutes hold out time. This is kind of very good compared to other exchanges that only reply via e-mail, without any Live Chat solution. T
